What to expect of Crave-A-Thrive sessions
A free ten minute phone consultation to determine if cognitive behavioural therapy is right for you.
The program is divided into 6 sessions.
Prior to your first visit you receive a complimentary pre-reading and preparation email which you are requested to review and reflect on.The sessions are offered workbook style and accommodate different learning styles supported with written materials and ample time for interactive discussions. Pre-reading and preparation. You are requested to review the contents of the Meet and Greet letter and reflect on the questions in the program outline prior to your first in-person session.
Sessions 1, 2 and 3 are one-on-one meetings of 90 minutes each and scheduled three to four weeks apart.Session 4 is a one-on-one meeting of 60 minutes.Session 5 and 6 are 15 minute in person or virtual follow up sessions four to six weeks after session 4.

Cost
- Ten minute assessment consultation and pre-reading are offered at no cost.
- Sessions 1, 2, 3 and 4 are $120.00 each and include workbooks to make notes.
- Session 5 and 6 are offered at no cost.
- Additional sessions and regular follow-up appointments can be scheduled at $80.00 per hour. Some clients benefit from more sessions to achieve their goals. Others choose to attend ongoing follow up appointments to stay on track.
